What to See & Do in Williamsburg
Close to local attractions, guests at Williamsburg Hospitality House may visit nearby Historic Jamestowne, the Governor’s Palace, and many other historical attractions in Colonial Williamsburg. Special passes can be obtained from a unique website (AmericasHistoricTriangle.com) for unlimited admissions to five of the most visited historical attractions in the area. Packages include three premier living history museums and two National Parks, including Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement and Museum, Yorktown Victory Center, Historic Jamestowne, and Yorktown Battlefield.
The first permanent English settlers arrived at Jamestown. The flames of revolution were fanned at Williamsburg. Independence was won in the final victory at Yorktown. Create family memories by attending this conference and taking in the wonderful historic opportunities within minutes of the conference site.
A walking tour of Historic Williamsburg is being planned for early afternoon Sunday, April 14. A dinner excursion to Historic Chowning’s Tavern is being planned for Monday evening, April 15.

Colonial Williamsburg Orientation Walks
Greenhow Lumber House (& Palace Green Street)
Many of the buildings, like the Courthouse, Magazine, and Wetherburn’s Tavern, have stood in Williamsburg since the 18th century. Others, like the Capitol and Governor’s Palace, have been reconstructed on their original foundations. Some of the buildings are used as private residences and offices. Flags out front indicate areas open to guests.
