• Trim Size: 8.5" x 11" (215.9 x 279.4 mm) — the final cut size of the paper.
• Pixel Dimensions (at 300 PPI): 2550 x 3300 pixels.
• Color Mode: CMYK 

Margins and Bleeds

• Bleed Size (if edge-to-edge printing): Add 0.125" (1/8 inch) to all sides, making the file 8.75" x 11.25" (2625 x 3375 pixels). This prevents thin white strips if the paper shifts slightly during cutting.
• Safe Zone / Live Area: Keep all critical text and graphics at least 0.125" to 0.25" inside the trim edge (inside an 8.25" x 10.75" boundary)

Shipping Details

The hotel can receive and hold packages in advance of the conference. Packages received within five days of the event will not incur a storage fee; however, standard receiving/handling fees do apply based on the size and weight of each package:

• Small (under 5 lbs): $5
• Medium (6–10 lbs): $15
• Large (11–50 lbs): $30
• Oversized / 50+ lbs or bulky: $50

For any packages received more than five days in advance, an additional one-time storage fee would apply.
